We consult on the questions of intellectual property law: trademarks and service marks, patents, industrial design, company names, copyright and collateral rights. We register intellectual property objects, prepare contracts and other documents. We represent clients in courts of all instances and other state institutions defend the violated intellectual property rights. We consult on the questions of the damages’ compensation.

We incorporate Lithuanian and foreign capital enterprises of all types, prepare, change the incorporation documents of companies, represent in getting the licenses (permissions) for the economic activities, consult the clients on the questions of choosing the activity form of the company and the management structure, help the shareholders in the realization of material and immaterial rights, legally evaluate the transactions, concluded by a company, documents of the management bodies, perform legal audit.

We prepare, provide consulting and evaluate the contracts of sale-purchase, works, rent, credit, use, donation, rent, distribution, commissioning, transportation, franchising, leasing and other legal contracts, represent clients in negotiations.

We provide legal consulting on various questions of competition law: making the concentration, abuse of the dominating position, unfair competition, preparation of the reports to the Competition Board and getting the permissions for concentration.

In the year 2005-2006, on the ground of the cooperation with Vilnius Simonas Stanevičius High School, the lawyer Giedrė Domkutė delivered Introduction to Law classes to the students of the high school.

In 2007, AAA Baltic Service – Law Firm was not only among the main sponsors but also one of the organizers of the Student Law Olympiad STOP 2007, on the topic of „Intellectual Property“. Giedrė Domkutė and the patent attorney Aušra Pakėnienė contributed to the organization, monitoring and control of the event by compiling various tests, written and oral tasks, also assessing them, based on their practical work experience in the field of intellectual property.
