33rd MARQUES Annual Conference in Dublin, Ireland
From 17th September, 2019 to 20th September, 2019 trademark attorney, lawyer Gunta Zariņa will participate in the 33rd MARQUES Annual Conference in Dublin, Ireland. Gunta is also a member of the MARQUES Unfair Competition Team. The theme of the conference is “Brands confronting change” and many sessions will focus on brands being influenced by politics, technology and new business models. Also impact of global developments of IP, importance of geographical indications, damages in infringement matters will be addressed. Furthermore, there will be a wide range of interactive workshops, as well as updates from WIPO and EUIPO and the annual review of EU case law.
