Partner Otilija Klimaitienė has over 35 years of experience in the field of intellectual property protection. She advises Lithuanian and foreign companies on intellectual property security portfolio development and strategy issues, represents Lithuanian and foreign companies in trademark and patent disputes at the State Patent Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania (SPB), the European Patent Office (EPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the courts.

– Advised one of the largest national beverages manufacturer on trademarks use in alcoholic beverages market.

– Advised and represented a Lithuanian software manufacturer in a patent dispute against US patent “trolls”.

– Advised and represented one of the largest alcohol manufacturers before the State Patent Bureau and in court concerning registration of a trademark.
