Senior Associate Anna Bula has more than 8 years’ extensive work experience in IP prosecution, litigation and enforcement matters. She is responsible for preparing oppositions and replies to the oppositions, advising clients regarding protection of trademarks and designs, preparing licensing, franchising and transfer of rights agreements, representing of the clients before the Latvian Patent Office (LPO), the Industrial Property Board of Appeal, the European Union Intellectual Property Organization (EUIPO), courts and other institutions in Latvia, monitoring of and advising clients about possible infringements of their IP rights.
