We consult on various questions of intellectual property law: trademarks and service marks, patents, industrial design, copyright and collateral rights, commercial secret. We register intellectual property objects; prepare license agreements, vesting contracts, agreements for the assignment of intellectual property rights, franchise, and agreements for the creation of the subject of industrial property, agreements of transfer of the author’s material rights, and other contracts and necessary documents. We represent clients in the State Patent Bureau, The Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market (OHIM), Lithuanian state institutions and courts of all instances, as well as defend the violated intellectual property rights and consult on the questions of the damages’ compensation.
