Patent attorney and partner Aušra Pakėnienė specializes in the field of intellectual property registration, she represents clients in the disputes of trademarks and patents at the Lithuanian State Patent Bureau, the European Patent Office, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and courts. She is a Patent attorney of European trademarks, patents and designs.

Education

Aušra Pakėnienė has gained Master’s degree in the field of information technologies at the Vilnius University and Master’s of law degree at the Mykolas Romeris University. In 2002 she obtained the license of a Patent attorney.

Experience

In 1988-1992 worked in the Ministry of Economic as a computer programmer in the Calculation Center.

Membership

Aušra Pakėnienė is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), the Lithuanian Association of Patent Attorneys and the member of the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA).
