Advocate and Partner Daiva Ušinskaitė-Filonovienė specializes in the fields of corporate, competition, labour law, represents the interests of Lithuanian and foreign clients during negotiations, in state and municipal institutions and courts, prepares the contracts on transfer of shares, the shareholders contracts on the management of a legal person, the employer’s contracts with the employees on material liability, non-competition, joint activity, works, rent and other contracts. She also makes legal audit and prepares process documents.

Education

Daiva Ušinskaitė-Filonovienė has been practicing law since 1998. She has gained Master’s of law degree at the Vilnius University, started doctoral studies at the Mykolas Romeris University and was also a lector of this University.

Membership

Daiva is a member of Lithuanian Bar since 2004.

Other activities 

Daiva Ušinskaitė-Filonovienė delivers the reports on the questions of the protection of commercial secrets, in the fields of employment and competition law. The Advocate has published a scientific article in the scientific publication „Jurisprudencija“, she is the co-author of the Business news digest „Consultations to a manager“, she also prepares and publishes articles on actual legal topics in Lithuanian publications.
