Patent attorney and managing partner Otilija Klimaitienė specialises in the field of intellectual property registration and protection, she represents clients in the disputes on trademarks and patents at the Lithuanian State Patent Bureau, the European Patent Office, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and courts. She is the Patent attorney of Lithuanian and European trademarks, patents and designs.

Education

She has gained the Master’s degree in the field of mechanical engineering at the Kaunas University of Technology.

Otilija Klimaitienė also gained the professional diploma of Moscow Patent Institute and the license of Patent attorney in 1993.

Membership

Otilija Klimaitienė is an active member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the Lithuanian Association of Patent Attorneys.
